We are currently recruiting a Supply Chain Customer Service Representative on their behalf to manage customer inquiries and orders for assigned countries/products and to Coordinate with Commercial Operations, External Customers, Value Chain Managers, Site Planners, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Distribution Logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and high levels of customer service.
Major Accountabilities:
Develop relationships with Demand Managers, Country Commercial Ops and external customers within assigned countries. Understand market needs, including introduction of new products and distribution arrangements. Work with CCO and external customers to ensure smooth order management process.
Manage customer inquiries and orders: check demand vs. Supply contract terms, financial arrangements, shipping requirements, etc. and confirm inquiry or order with customers. Set-up customers and contracts and manage order process in SAP.
Work with all necessary internal functions to process orders, proactively anticipating additional requirements and keeping Commercial Ops and customer informed of expected availability (delivered & fully released).
Track orders and handle order deviations and customer complaints, involving corresponding functions to achieve a quick resolution.
Provide analytical support for allocation management for the region and selected products as assigned.
Work to improve order management and related supply chain processes in order to improve customer service and department efficiency. Educate CCO on Demand and Order Management processes.
Align demand, orders and shipments; follow up when orders are missing, ensure demand/forecast alignment with orders and reconcile when there are variances. Close and/or adjust orders to keep demand & supply aligned.
