At GPA, we use various tools and processes to help us to profile, screen and select the best candidates for any given role. We have developed our own easy to use profiling tool to assess a candidate’s suitability for a role and your organisation.
The profiler can be used to plan and guide an interview, covering competences, experience and personal traits in order to identify the best procurement professionals for your vacancies. It is also a useful tool for the ongoing development of employees.
